Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable logistics manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. You will organise and monitor the storage and distribution of goods.

The goal is to supervise the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

 

Logistics Supervisor may also be called upon to perform other tasks as needed, including office duties, packing and mixing customer orders, communication with customers and some fun.
 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must have the authorisation to work in this country without visa sponsorship.
– Excellent multitasking skills.
– Must have a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record from TRAFI (if required).
– Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
– Own vehicle.
– Ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
 

 

RESPONSABILITIES:
– Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
– Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
– Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
– Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
– Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
– Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
– Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience in a delivery, retail sales or customer service position.
– Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
– Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
– Good presentation.

Client Service / Delivery

This position delivers our fruitkits to customers around the greater area of Helsinki(Espoo and Helsinki). It is responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner. This involves loading customer orders properly on the truck, ensuring that appropriate fruit-mix is packed, and delivering the fruitkits to the customer in a safe and timely manner.

 

Delivery Drivers may also be called upon to perform other tasks as needed, including office duties, packing and mixing customer orders, communication with customers and some fun.

– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Excellent multitasking skills.
– Must have a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record from TRAFI (if required).

– Experience in a delivery, retail sales or customer service position.
